Knack Nation organized its flagship event “Newbiesta 3.0: Calling Out the Flag Bearers” on March 14, 2020. The spectacular event solely purposed on report writing and presentation for the freshers of FBS to get acquainted with these two topics that they will endure in the upcoming academic studies. Detailed and conspicuous process of academic report writing session was conducted by Kazi Golam Rabbani Mowla Shadhin, Lecturer at Department of Finance, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka. FBS freshers had this amazing opportunity to learn ins and outs of writing an academic report at first hand from an honorable faculty. Furthermore, presentation hacks and tactics session was conducted by Inam Uz Zaman, Co-founder and Director of Octaglory. The students got to grasp useful and practical live session on how to master the art of presentation and to be a great presenter. Cultural part at the end of the event made the participants lively and cheerful. FBS Music Wing and executives of Knack Nation have performed at the cultural segment.

Knack Nation collaborated with Unilever Careers for the insightful event “Unilever Campus Connect 2019” to showcase the aspiring students a glimpse of how to build career with Unilever and more importantly how to get prepared for joining this multinational giant. Knack Nation was the outreach partner of this rigorous session. There were Management Trainees form different departments working at Unilever who shared their work experience and journeys in Unilever. HR Business Partner of Unilever was at the session who gave the audience an outline of the full recruitment process and what qualities Unilever genuinely seeks form the fresh graduates to hire. The session had an insightful case cracking session afterwards delivered by Sameen Alam and Taj-E-Nur where the audience had the experience to know more about the strategies and hacks used in cracking a business case competition.

‘Newbiesta 2.0: Calling out the Flagbearers’ a rudimentary session distinctly organized for the freshers of Faculty of Business Studies. The specifically designed event focuses to equip the first-year undergraduate students of FBS with crucial skill development session that will come must-have in their academic future. The purpose of the interactive session was to make the path of knowing the art of presentation easier for the freshers of FBS. Monsurul Aziz, an experienced professional with 11 years of corporate career was the prominent speaker of this session. The audience got to learn about presentations from this insightful session. There was a cultural segment combined with drama and dance performance after the session.

“FBS LIVE 2017” was a prodigious program arranged by Knack Nation that aimed on helping the fresher students of FBS to have ideas about the four-year long BBA life in FBS along with providing them all-inclusive aspects of varsity life ahead. The program showed different aspects and the daily life a student leads in FBS and specifically looked upon introducing the fresher students to FBS, making students know how to pass the next four years in FBS, motivating students for making their future successful and finally “Building Future Leaders”.
