• The human resources wing works with the foundational purpose of enrolling, screening, examining, and allocating the newly recruited executives in the right-wing as per their desire and competence.
• The wing further monitors other wing’s executives and simultaneously motivate and push them to bring out their best outcome and ultimately evaluate their overall performance and engagement in the club.
• The wing is also responsible for the promotion of wing executives and further assigns these individuals where he/she suits best according to their talent and interest.
